Bishop Alison White

Reverend Canon Alison White was consecrated Bishop of Hull in July 2015, at York Minster. Serving Hull and the East Riding, Alison is Hull’s first female Church of England bishop, and the UK’s second female bishop. She joined the Church as a deaconess in 1986 and prior to coming to Hull, served in Durham, Peterborough and Newcastle, working closely with leading church figures locally and nationally.
